Detailed designs for mineral processing sites
We carry out development of a working design, technological design of objects for processing of mineral resources technogenic and industrial wastes: aggregate processing plants and sites for sand and screenings washing. The design is carried out in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. The documentation developed by us meets the requirements of the current standards and includes all stages of design:
- feasibility study (FS);
- technical and economic calculation (TEC);
- schematic design (SD);
- project (P);
- working design (WD);
- detailed design (DD).
We solve untypical issues of processing of mineral resources and industrial wastes by performing a complex of laboratory studies on the available at our disposal crushing, grinding, vibro-classification and hydro-classification laboratory equipment. We can also determine the granulometric and chemical composition of raw materials. The choice of equipment and its drives is performed on the basis of calculations and preparation of technological regulations. We design sites for washing of natural and artificial sand (siftings) on the basis of equipment of well-known companies and also offer our own innovative developments adapted to domestic operating conditions and characterized by sufficient efficiency at much lower financial costs.
The project is developed in accordance with the technical specification of the standard form approved by the customer. Design work is performed by using of modern specialized software, including design one, in accordance with the approved list of sections:
- technical and economic indicators;
- technological part;
- water supply and sewerage;
- general plan and transportation;
- power supply and electrical equipment;
- communication and signaling means;
- mechanical repair works;
- organization of construction.
